All people recoil from the sound of farting

announcing the smell everybody fears.

We know when we hear the sound of farting

the odor will bring everyone to tears.

My gut pumps out gas like a sewage farm

on a hot, steamy August day

and gives it a stench that would kill a cow

from a hundred feet away.

It comes from my butt with a deep bass note

that no tuba could ever play

and stinks up the world

like a skunk who is learning to spray.

I eat sauerkraut when I= m feeling hungry

so soon you will hear what you heard before.

My butt cheeks will flap with the sound of farting

and I=ll stink once more.
